- Sending Limit / Hour / 1 Email Account may change based on the user's sending frequency. If violated or flagged as spam, the account will be temporarily blocked and the customer will receive a notification to check.
- Email Hosting is used independently of the Web Hosting package even when using the same domain name.
- Not supported to convert to Email Marketing, Email Relay or other Hosting service packages.

Yes. You only need a domain name to use email hosting. After that, you sign up for an account and choose a 7-day free trial. This trial applies once for 1 customer. Please send email to support@vietmarket.nz for support.
- Email relay is dedicated to clients who have their own mail server. Email hosting just requires a domain to use.
- Email hosting limits the amount of average email sent daily. Email marketing allows you to send large amounts of emails for the purpose of informing, marketing.
- You only need a domain name, for example yourdomain.com to use Email Hosting. After activating the service, you can send emails with your own email domain. To increase the credibility of the email and to receive emails, you need to add some DNS records according to the guidelines provided in the activation email.
- In case you buy a domain name at other providers: you point the record or send domain name management information to VinaHost to point the records. In case you buy a domain name at VinaHost: VinaHost technical staff actively point the record.
- Email hosting service at VinaHost is automatically activated after payment. You can use it immediately after completing successful payment.
- In case you do not fill in enough information (business domain) or because of force majeure, you have to activate it manually, you can use Email Hosting after about 15 – 30 minutes (depending on the time of technical department receiving activation and manipulation requests).
Note: The activation time depends on whether the domain is registered at vietmarket (vietmarket can actively point the record quickly) or the domain registered at other providers (you need to point or send an email to ask for domain name management information, so it takes more time).

Using Email Hosting consists of two basic parts:
- Admin page: used to manage (add/delete/edit) mail accounts, monitor mail delivery, configure whitelist/blacklist, auto forward…
- Email Browse: you can browse mail via available webmail (Roundcube), or use external software such as Outlook, or browse through Gmail’s mail interface…
- Email Hosting is backed up periodically once a week on weekends, and will store 03 backups. You can restore yourself or send a request to VinaHost to restore.
- Email Hosting service is maintained within 7 days after overdue. The data will be automatically destroyed 30 days after the payment is overdue. Terminating and canceling the Email Hosting service package is done automatically.
